Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills. Requirements Proven experience working with students in early childhood education settings, such as daycare or preschool. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with students, parents, and staff. Knowledge of behavior management techniques and strategies for fostering positive interactions among students. A genuine passion for nurturing children's growth and development in a supportive educational environment.
