Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education Active state teaching certification in Special Education Prior experience working with elementary-aged children with cognitive impairments and/or significant autism preferred Strong understanding of IEP development, progress monitoring, and behavior intervention strategies Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Flexible and patient approach to teaching diverse learners
