Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

Valid Special Education teaching certification Bachelor's degree or higher in Special Education or related field Experience working with students with a range of disabilities Strong understanding of IEP development, implementation, and compliance Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work closely with students, families, and multidisciplinary educational teams Adaptability and creativity in delivering differentiated instruction

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Provide direct instructional support to students in both individual and group settings Adapt general education curriculum to meet each student's unique needs and abilities Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff for inclusive practices Establish and maintain ongoing communication with parents, guardians, and outside service providers Collect and analyze student performance data to guide instruction and document progress Participate in school meetings, professional development, and parent conferences as required Grow your career and your impact working within a supportive environment dedicated to educational equity.
