Desired Qualifications:
Valid Minnesota Special Education Teacher license (Tier 3 or Tier 4 required) Experience working with elementary students with autism or developmental disabilities Strong background in developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to collaborate effectively with other educators, support staff, and families Passion for fostering an inclusive, supportive learning environment
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver instruction and interventions aligned with student IEP goals within the Ready Set Launch program Monitor and document student progress, adapting strategies to meet each learners needs Engage in ongoing communication with families and staff to promote student success Collaborate with program colleagues on curriculum adaptations and behavior support plans Maintain compliance with IDEA and district policies Create a positive classroom culture that celebrates student achievement and growth
