Qualifications and Experience:

Valid Special Education Teaching certification in the state of Minnesota Bachelor's degree or higher in Special Education or a related field Previous experience working with students in grades 6-8 preferred Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation Ability to adapt instruction to meet diverse student needs Effective communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and staff Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive classroom environment

Key Responsibilities:
