The role is part-time (approximately 18.7520 hours per week) for the entire school year, blending onsite instruction with a flexible approach tailored to individual learners.

Qualifications:

Active Minnesota Special Education Teaching License (such as ABS, EBD, LD, or a related MN SPED endorsement) Experience with secondary students, preferably in an alternative or blended learning setting Skill in supporting students with a range of academic and behavioral needs Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive classroom environment Strong collaboration and communication skills

Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality instruction to high school students in a blended/onsite format Develop and implement IEPs aligned with graduation goals Track and report student progress, adjusting strategies to meet changing needs Collaborate closely with other educators, staff, and families to maximize student success Maintain compliance with all district, state, and federal requirements related to special education
