Desired Qualifications:

Active Minnesota Special Education Teaching Licensure (an ASD endorsement is especially valuable for the Transition Center assignment) Previous school-based experience preferred Adaptability and commitment to supporting diverse learning needs Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset Respect for individual differences and a solutions-oriented approach to challenges
