This part-time contract opportunity near Minneapolis offers a structured yet flexible schedule and the rewarding chance to collaborate with dedicated educational professionals. Youll be working in a self-contained early childhood classroom setting with the support of two full-time paraeducators. Options for your workday include either Monday through Friday, 8:15 am12:15 pm, or a schedule spanning Monday (8:15 am4:15 pm), Wednesday (8:15 am4:15 pm), and Tuesday (8:15 am12:15 pm). Mondays are reserved for essential paperwork and team meetings, while youll also have a chance to occasionally float as a substitute within the ECSE program as needs arise. There is also potential for this position to expand into a full-time role.

Qualifications:

Active Tier 4 Early Childhood Special Education license required Previous experience as a Special Education Teacher preferred Strong communication skills and collaborative spirit Ability to adapt to diverse learning and behavioral needs Familiarity with IEP processes and best practices for early learners
