Key Qualifications:

Valid Special Education Teacher certification Experience working in a school setting, specifically with students requiring special education services Strong understanding of IEP development, implementation, and documentation Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment Excellent communication and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each students needs Provide direct instruction, classroom support, and modifications as required Collect data and measure student progress toward IEP goals Collaborate closely with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and families Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district and federal guidelines
