Job Description

Make a real difference in the lives of students by providing essential classroom support as an Educational Support Professional (ESP / Paraprofessional). This full-time contract opportunity spans district-wide locations, offering both 1:1 student support and placements within center-based and resource programs. Immediate openings are available, with positions continuing through the end of the 2026-2027 school year. Qualifications & Experience:
State Paraprofessional certification or the ability to meet state requirements Prior experience supporting K-12 students, especially in 1:1 or specialized classroom settings, is preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills with teachers, staff, and students Ability to adapt, multitask, and demonstrate patience in a fast-paced school environment Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide individualized or small group support to students under teacher direction Assist with academic tasks, classroom activities, and behavioral support Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for students of diverse backgrounds and abilities Help implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans as needed Collaborate with educational staff to reinforce lesson plans and classroom instruction Maintain accurate and timely documentation as required by the school Youll gain valuable hands-on experience, work alongside dedicated educators, and play a vital role in student development.
