Qualifications:
Hold an active (or be eligible for) Minnesota Special Education Teaching License Prior experience supporting students with varying learning needs is highly desirable Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and families Strong commitment to collaboration and inclusivity within the classroom
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student strengths and areas for growth Adapt curriculum and teaching methods to accommodate learning differences Collaborate closely with general educators and other team members to ensure holistic student support Maintain accurate records and provide regular progress updates to families and administration Create a classroom environment that encourages confidence, academic achievement, and personal development This contract position is a chance to inspire, connect, and positively influence the academic journeys of students.
