Key Qualifications:
Valid Minnesota Special Education Teacher license (Tier 3 or Tier 4 required) Experience supporting students with autism spectrum disorders or developmental delays strongly preferred Ability to create individualized learning plans and adapt curriculum to student needs Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with staff and families Strong problem-solving skills and a confident, compassionate approach to classroom managementPrimary Responsibilities:
Provide tailored instruction for elementary-age students within the Ready, Set, Launch program Develop and implement IEPs, monitor progress, and adjust supports as needed Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and families Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment Utilize evidence-based intervention strategies and assistive technology as appropriate Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines Why Consider This Role?
