Developmental Adapted Physical Education:
0.5 FTE at the elementary level.Center-Based Special Education Teacher:
1.0 FTE (must hold ASD or DCD endorsement).Resource Special Education Teachers:
Several 1.0 and 2.0 FTE positions accepting endorsements in ABS, EBD, ASD, or DCD.Key qualifications:
Active Minnesota Tier 3 or Tier 4 Special Education teaching license required. Appropriate licensure endorsement(s) for the specific position (ASD, DCD, DAPE, ABS, or EBD). At least two years of experience specifically as a Special Education Teacher. Commitment to individualized instruction, IEP implementation, and ongoing collaboration with teams and families.Core responsibilities:
Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons aligned with IEP goals and student needs. Collaborate with general educators, therapists, and families to foster a positive learning environment. Document progress, maintain data, and participate in IEP meetings. Advocate for student inclusion and access to all aspects of school life.
