Qualifications and Experience:
Valid teaching license in Special Education for the state of Minnesota (or eligibility to obtain) Proven experience working with students who have mild to moderate disabilities Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and school personnel Ability to adapt teaching methods to individual student needs
