Key Qualifications:

Valid Minnesota Special Education Teaching License in EBD (Emotional/Behavioral Disorders), ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorders), or ABS (Academic and Behavioral Strategist) Experience supporting at-risk high school students in an educational setting Demonstrated skill in behavior support and intervention strategies Strong collaboration and communication abilities with fellow staff and families Flexibility to work onsite during established school hours (7:15 AM 3:15 PM, Monday through Friday) Willingness to explore Out of Field Licensure Placement support, if needed

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver specialized instruction and behavioral support to students in grades 912, cultivating an encouraging classroom environment Develop and implement IEPs tailored to individual student needs Partner with administrators, counselors, and families to promote student progress and well-being Monitor and document student growth, providing timely feedback and proactive support Contribute to school-wide initiatives for a positive, inclusive learning environment Enjoy a consistent weekday schedule and the chance to collaborate with a supportive, mission-driven team.
