Qualifications:

Must hold relevant certification/licensure as a Special Education Teacher Previous experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder strongly preferred Ability to engage and motivate students who are hesitant or resistant to traditional school settings Compassionate, patient, and skilled in individualized instruction Flexible and adaptable to evolving student needs

Responsibilities:

Provide dedicated one-on-one instruction to titrate up the students school participation Collaborate with school staff, therapists, and families to implement effective strategies Track student progress and adjust instructional approach as needed Model and foster a supportive, positive learning environment
