Position Overview:

We are seeking a nurturing, dependable, and attentive Infant Care Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for providing a safe, engaging, and responsive environment for infants and young toddlers while maintaining compliance with all state licensing regulations and center policies. ✨

Key Responsibilities:

Provide attentive, loving care to infants and toddlers (ages 6 weeks-23 months) Follow all state licensing regulations, health, and safety guidelines at all times Prepare and properly handle bottles, meals, and feeding schedules Implement and follow a developmentally appropriate curriculum and daily routine Soothe, comfort, and respond promptly to infants' needs (crying, feeding, diapering, etc.) Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized classroom environment Practice and strictly follow safe sleep policies (alone, on back, in crib) Monitor children closely to ensure safety and well-being at all times Accurately track feeding, diapering, naps, and daily activities Communicate effectively with parents and team members Support smooth transitions between activities (play, feeding, nap time) Work collaboratively with staff to maintain proper ratios and classroom flow
