2996742765-2 Apply for this job now Job Description RCM Healthcare Services is seeking a dedicated Sped Resource Teacher to support students with disabilities in partnered school settings. In this on-site role, you will provide targeted small-group and individualized instruction, develop and manage IEPs, and collaborate closely with general education teachers, therapists, and families. You will conduct assessments, monitor progress, and use evidence-based strategies to address academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs. Working within RCM's collaborative, mission-driven culture, you'll help ensure compliance with special education regulations while making a direct impact on student success and inclusion. Responsibilities Provide specialized instruction and support to students with disabilities in a resource room and inclusive classroom settings Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams Conduct assessments to identify student needs, track progress, and adjust interventions accordingly Collaborate closely with general education teachers, therapists, and school staff to align accommodations and modifications Communicate regularly with families regarding student progress, goals, and support strategies Maintain accurate documentation and comply with federal, state, and district special education regulations Use evidence-based instructional strategies and behavior supports to promote student success Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and school-wide initiatives Required Skills Special education instruction IEP development and management Student assessment and progress monitoring Behavior management and classroom management Knowledge of IDEA and 504 regulations Differentiated instruction Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams Data-driven instruction Assistive technology tools Educational documentation and compliance
