Qualifications & Experience:

Valid state licensure or certification in Special Education Previous experience teaching special education, preferably at the elementary level Strong ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Comfort with high-needs populations and experience managing small classroom environments Excellent communication and teamwork skills Adaptable, patient, and compassionate approach to teaching

Key Responsibilities:
