Qualifications/Experience:
Valid teaching licensure with a certification in Special Education (state-specific or eligible for reciprocity) Prior experience working with students in special education preferred Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication abilities Compassion, patience, and adaptability in diverse classroom settings
Primary Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with special needs Collaborate with other educators, administrators, and support staff Adapt lesson plans to accommodate various learning needs and abilities Monitor student progress and maintain detailed records Create a supportive, inclusive, and effective educational environment
