This position will support students in a Class Within a Class (CWC) and Resource Classroom setting while collaborating closely with another educator to provide instruction and support. Job Responsibilities Provide specialized instruction to students with disabilities in a high school setting Co-teach Science and English 4 (Senior Level) courses alongside a general education teacher Develop and implement IEP goals and accommodations Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation Collaborate with teachers, administrators, related service providers, and families Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment Ensure compliance with federal, state, and district special education requirements Qualifications Active Missouri Special Education teaching certification required Acceptable certifications include: Cross Categorical, Mild/Moderate Disabilities, Moderate Disabilities Previous school-based experience preferred Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills Position Highlights High school classroom setting Class Within a Class (CWC) and Resource Classroom model Co-teaching opportunity in Science and English 4 (Senior Level) Competitive hourly pay of $43-$47 per hour
