The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a positive learning environment for students. The Teacher will be responsible for implementing engaging lesson plans that promote literacy education and support child welfare. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with educational standards. Create a nurturing classroom environment that encourages student participation and fosters a love for learning. Manage classroom behavior effectively to ensure a safe and productive learning atmosphere. Conduct assessments and standardized testing to evaluate student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly. Provide individualized support to students, particularly in areas such as toddler care and literacy education. Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other educators to support child development and welfare. Maintain accurate records of student performance and communicate progress to parents or guardians. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with educational best practices. Requirements Experience in childcare, daycare, or teaching in preschool or private school settings is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of classroom management techniques and child welfare practices. Ability to create engaging lesson plans focused on literacy education and developmental milestones. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with students, parents, and staff. Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with children are essential qualities for success in this role. Certification in First Aid/CPR is a plus but not required.
