About Lindbergh's Little Academy:

Lindbergh's Little Academy is a preschool dedicated to providing high-quality early childhood education. We are committed to creating a nurturing and developmentally appropriate environment for our young learners ages 0-5. We are currently seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and patient Two-Year-Old Teacher to join our classroom team! What You'll Do (Responsibilities):

Classroom Leadership & Curriculum:

Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans, sensory activities, and play-based learning tailored to the developmental needs of 2-year-olds.

Nurturing & Responsive Care:

Provide a safe, warm, and structured environment, supporting toddlers through major milestones such as potty training , self-help skills, and emotional regulation.

Conscious Discipline:

Embrace and implement Conscious Discipline practices to help toddlers navigate big feelings, transitions, and social interactions.

Family & Team Collaboration:

Maintain open, daily communication with parents regarding their child's day, developmental progress, and care routines.

Strong Interpersonal & Communication Skills:

Communicate openly, professionally, and directly with co-workers and co-teachers to maintain a harmonious classroom and resolve minor challenges independently before bringing them to administration. What We're Looking For (Qualifications): Minimum of 2 years of total professional experience in the early childhood education field, with at least 1 of those years working specifically in a 2-year-old classroom in a licensed setting. A strong, practical understanding of toddler developmental milestones and behavior management. Passion for early childhood education ( CDA or ECE units/degree preferred ). Boundless patience, a positive attitude, and a genuine love for the toddler age group. CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to obtain). Commitment to learning and practicing Conscious Discipline.

Pay & Benefits:

Hourly Pay:

$16.00 to $19.00 per hour
