Qualifications:
Valid certification or licensure as an Educational Diagnostician Experience conducting and interpreting educational assessments In-depth understanding of special education laws, eligibility criteria, and student supports Strong written and verbal communication skills Collaborative spirit to work effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams Previous school-based experience preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive educational evaluations for students referred for special education services Analyze, interpret, and document assessment results to support IEP eligibility decisions Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop data-driven interventions and recommendations Participate actively in IEP meetings, providing expertise and guidance on evaluation findings Ensure assessment practices comply with state and federal regulations Maintain accurate, confidential student records and reports
