Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Crawlers Teacher to inspire young learners through engaging, technology-integrated lessons focused on early childhood development. In this role, you will utilize your expertise in educational technology, curriculum development, and classroom management to create a stimulating environment that fosters curiosity and growth. Your enthusiasm for teaching children from diverse backgrounds will help cultivate a love for learning, while your skills in differentiating instruction and implementing IT-based lessons will ensure every student's needs are met. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the educational journey of young children in a vibrant, supportive setting. Responsibilities Design and deliver creative, curriculum-aligned lessons that incorporate learning technology and cater to various learning styles. Implement IT-integrated teaching strategies to enhance student engagement and understanding of core subjects such as literacy and math. Manage classroom activities effectively, ensuring a positive environment that promotes behavioral development and childhood growth. Adapt instructional methods to meet individual learning needs, including those with autism or requiring special education accommodations. Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development, lesson planning, and assessment strategies to improve overall educational quality. Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress, behavior, and developmental milestones through clear and professional channels. Analyze student performance data to inform instructional modifications and support academic achievement across diverse classrooms. Qualifications Proven experience working with children in early childhood or preschool settings, including classroom management and behavior guidance. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement curriculum tailored to different learning styles and developmental stages. Excellent communication skills for engaging with students, parents, and faculty effectively.
