Responsibilities Design and deliver creative, curriculum-aligned lessons that incorporate learning technology and cater to various learning styles. Implement IT-integrated teaching strategies to enhance student engagement and understanding of core subjects such as literacy and math. Manage classroom activities effectively, ensuring a positive environment that promotes behavioral development and childhood growth. Adapt instructional methods to meet individual learning needs, including those with autism or requiring special education accommodations. Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development, lesson planning, and assessment strategies to improve overall educational quality. Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress, behavior, and developmental milestones through clear and professional channels. Analyze student performance data to inform instructional modifications and support academic achievement across diverse classrooms. Qualifications Proven experience working with children in early childhood or preschool settings, including classroom management and behavior guidance. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement curriculum tailored to different learning styles and developmental stages. Excellent communication skills for engaging with students, parents, and faculty effectively.
