Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Valid EC Extended Content licensure required Experience working with elementary-age students (grades K-3) strongly preferred Previous special education teaching experience, particularly in school settings Proficiency in developing, managing, and monitoring Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Ability to effectively instruct and inspire students in accordance with their individual needs Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

Provide daily, tailored instruction to a caseload of five K-3 students with diverse learning needs Progress monitor student growth, collect data, and adapt instructional strategies as needed Develop, implement, and manage IEPs, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations Work closely with families, classroom teachers, and support staff to foster student success Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, inclusive school culture
