Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress, behavioral concerns, and achievement milestones to build strong home-school partnerships. Requirements Bachelor's degree in English Education, Linguistics, or related field; Master's degree preferred. Proven classroom experience teaching middle school students, with a strong background in English language arts and social sciences. Familiarity with curriculum development, instructional design, and implementing IT-integrated lessons in diverse classroom settings. Knowledge of Chicago Manual of Style, AP style guidelines, proofreading techniques, and copy editing skills for student writing projects. Experience working with standardized testing formats such as AP exams or other assessments for middle school learners. Demonstrated ability in classroom management, behavior management strategies, and adapting teaching methods to various learning styles. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues, students, and parents; excellent organizational skills for lesson planning and record keeping.
