Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) based on student needs and evaluation results Utilize evidence-based instructional strategies and interventions to promote student achievement Monitor student progress, update goals, and communicate results with parents and multidisciplinary teams Provide direct instruction, behavioral support, and accommodations to help each student thrive Collaborate with classroom teachers, therapists, and administrators to ensure comprehensive educational support Maintain accurate records and meet all documentation requirements per district and state guidelines
