In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the educational experiences of our young learners, guiding them through their early developmental stages in a supportive and enriching atmosphere. Responsibilities Follow our age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning and development. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages children's curiosity and creativity. Manage classroom activities, ensuring safety and engagement for all students. Collaborate with parents and staff to support each child's individual needs and growth. Assess student progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly. Incorporate physical education and special education techniques into daily activities. Requirements EDU 119 Proven experience working with preschool-aged children in an educational setting. Strong classroom management skills with the ability to create a structured learning environment. Knowledge of early childhood education practices is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
