Qualifications and Experience:

Current EC General Curriculum licensure is required Previous experience as a Special Education Teacher in school settings preferred Strong knowledge of accommodations, IEP processes, and differentiated instruction Ability to teach and adapt strategies for students with diverse learning needs Excellent communication skills for collaborating with classroom teachers, administration, and families Familiarity with resource, pull-out, and inclusion models for special education
