Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Lead Two-Year-Old Teacher to inspire and guide our youngest learners. In this vital role, you will develop engaging curriculum, manage classroom activities, and build meaningful relationships with children and their families. Responsibilities Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote cognitive, social, and emotional growth for two-year-olds Foster a positive classroom atmosphere through effective behavior management and classroom management techniques Monitor and support child development using best practices in early intervention and childhood development instruction Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress, milestones, and any concerns Ensure compliance with mandated reporting laws and maintain accurate documentation of children's progress Incorporate literacy education, math activities, physical education, and other educational components into daily routines Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment that supports toddler care and overall well-being Skills Extensive experience working with children in early childhood settings, especially with toddlers Strong knowledge of curriculum development tailored to two-year-olds' developmental stages Familiarity with special education strategies and early intervention techniques Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with parents, staff, and children Proficiency in classroom management, behavior management, and child welfare practices Ability to plan engaging lessons that incorporate literacy, math, physical activity, and social skills Certification in first aid and CPR is required; knowledge of mandated reporting laws is essential Experience with preschool teaching methods, standardized testing for young children, and tutoring is advantageous Join us in making a meaningful difference in the lives of young children!
