Current certification as a Special Education Teacher Experience working in a school environment, preferably at the elementary level Proficiency in developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Strong communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with general educators, administrators, and families Adaptability and creativity in tailoring lessons to meet diverse learning needs A commitment to student growth and inclusive educational practices
