This full-time contract opportunity begins as soon as possible and runs through May 28, 2027, offering the chance to provide essential services in both elementary and middle school settings. In the elementary classroom, youll work with a small group of six students in a structured support setting. These students require toileting assistance but have no significant behavioral or feeding needs. Youll have assistance from a dedicated teaching assistant and a behavior technician, ensuring a collaborative and manageable environment. For the middle school classroom, youll join a co-teaching model supporting eleven students. While one student requires feeding tube management, the rest have mild needs limited to toileting assistance, with no behavioral support required. This class is supported by one lead teacher, three full-time teaching assistants, and a 1:1 aide for the student with medical needs, creating a supportive team atmosphere.

Qualifications & Experience:

Valid Special Education teaching certification (required) Experience in special education classrooms, preferably with elementary and middle school students Familiarity with toileting assistance and willingness to provide personal care Comfort supporting students with medical needs (training provided for feeding tube care) Strong collaboration and communication skills
