Essential Qualifications:

Active EC General Curriculum licensure (required) Experience in special education settings, particularly with elementary-aged students Ability to plan and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Comfortable delivering instruction in resource, pull-out, and inclusion models Strong communication skills for collaboration with staff and families

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct instruction and support to a caseload of 17 students in 3rd to 5th grades Utilize a range of teaching strategies and interventions across resource, pull-out, and inclusion settings Develop, monitor, and document individualized educational plans (IEPs) in compliance with state and federal guidelines Collaborate with general education teachers and other school professionals to support student integration and progress Maintain regular communication with families regarding progress, goals, and strategies Advocate for student needs and work collaboratively to foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment This full-time role is structured at 37.5 hours per week and offers a chance to make a lasting difference in students lives while building deep professional skills and relationships.
