What You'll Bring:

Current certification in Special Education (required) Demonstrated classroom experience in resource and/or inclusion settings Expertise supporting students with Autism, especially within a self-contained environment Strong collaboration skills to partner with general education staff, paraprofessionals, and families Ability to develop and implement individualized educational plans (IEPs) Positive, flexible attitude and commitment to fostering a nurturing, inclusive classroom community
