9649407-28681 Job Description Make a meaningful impact by supporting young learners in their academic journey as a Special Education Teacher. This contract-based position offers the opportunity to work with an intimate caseload of five students in kindergarten through third grade. With just one school site, youll foster close relationships with students and staff while focusing on high-quality instruction and individualized support. Youll play a vital role in instructing students each day, progress monitoring, and managing IEPs to ensure every childs unique needs are met. The ideal candidate will bring passion, dedication, and experience to the classroom, helping students achieve their fullest potential.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

Valid EC Extended Content licensure Previous experience as a Special Education Teacher, preferably in a K-3 setting Strong understanding of IEP management and individualized instruction Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, families, and support staff

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver daily differentiated instruction to a caseload of K-3 students with special needs Monitor progress and adjust strategies to support individualized education goals Develop, implement, and manage IEPs in compliance with guidelines Maintain clear, ongoing communication with families and school personnel Support a positive, inclusive, and growth-oriented classroom environment
