Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education or related field Active special education teaching certification (or eligibility for North Carolina licensure) Prior experience in self-contained and/or resource settings preferred Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills Dedication to fostering inclusivity and supporting student growth

Responsibilities:

Deliver individualized instruction aligned with IEPs Collaborate with general education staff, administration, and families Monitor progress and adapt teaching methods to meet diverse needs Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
