Qualifications/Desired Experience:
Valid Special Education Teaching Credential (state licensure or eligibility in ND) Bachelors degree or higher in Special Education or a related field Previous experience working with students who have a range of exceptionalities Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills Adaptability and a passion for collaborative work within multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities/Duties:
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Adapt curriculum and instructional methods to meet students diverse needs Employ varied teaching techniques and positive behavioral interventions Collaborate with general educators, specialists, and families for optimal student outcomes Evaluate student progress, document goals, and maintain accurate records
