Key Qualifications:
Valid teaching certification with a Special Education endorsement (or eligibility to obtain) Proven experience in IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring Ability to adapt curriculum and instructional methods to meet the unique needs of each student Strong classroom management and collaborative skills Excellent communication with students, families, and multidisciplinary teamsResponsibilities:
Develop, review, and deliver individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each students strengths and goals Utilize differentiated instruction to engage students across a range of abilities and learning styles Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and administrators to foster inclusion Assess student progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with state and federal guidelines Communicate regularly with families about student progress, challenges, and successes Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in special educationBenefits:
