Mascoma Valley is seeking a dynamic, student-centered Case Manager to join our team. We need a collaborative advocate dedicated to fostering student independence and ensuring high-quality specialized instruction.
Core Responsibilities:
Lead the development and implementation of IEPs. Facilitate team meetings and ensure state/federal compliance. Collaborate with teachers, families, and providers to support student success. Monitor and report on student progress using data-driven insights. Must be NH Special Education Certified. 7.5 Hours/Day 5 Days/Week
