Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and monitor individualized educational programs (IEPs) for students Adapt lesson plans to meet a wide range of learning abilities Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and support staff to create an inclusive classroom environment Maintain accurate and timely records, progress reports, and assessments Provide direct instruction and small group support in core academic areas and social-emotional skills Participate in team meetings, parent conferences, and professional development opportunities
