A rewarding opportunity is available for a Special Education Case Manager to support middle school students in a contract role near Franklin, NH. This full-time position (37.5 hours per week) focuses on serving approximately 8th-grade students with a variety of learning needs, particularly Autism and ADHD. The supportive school environment ensures that students requiring paraeducator support receive it. Working closely with another case manager, youll oversee a manageable caseload within grades 48, with a primary emphasis on 8th grade (about 2030 students).

Key Qualifications:

Valid New Hampshire Special Education License (1900 Teaching Endorsement) strongly preferred; candidates eligible for a Board-issued letter of eligibility with the required coursework will also be considered Experience or strong interest in managing IEPs, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and supporting students with Autism, ADHD, and diverse learning differences Capable of organizing caseload responsibilities, setting priorities, and adapting teaching strategies to varied learner needs

Responsibilities:

Serve as case manager for a group of 8th-grade students in a supportive middle school setting Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Collaborate with fellow special education teachers, general educators, paraprofessionals, and administrators to ensure appropriate educational services Maintain effective communication with families, supporting student success both at school and at home Participate in eligibility meetings, annual reviews, and student progress discussions This contract is available to start as soon as possible and will extend until June 17th, 2027, unless a direct hire is secured.
