Succeed:

Active New Hampshire educator license with Special Education endorsement Proven experience delivering SPED instruction in educational settings Strong ability to develop and implement IEPs for diverse learners Familiarity with evidence-based teaching strategies tailored to students with varied abilities Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with students, families, and school staff Flexibility and resourcefulness in meeting the dynamic needs of a school environment

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct instructional services to students in grades 6-12, both 1:1 and in small groups Design, implement, and monitor IEPs, maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations Differentiate instruction based on student goals and present levels of performance Use progress monitoring tools to assess growth and adapt interventions accordingly Collaborate closely with general education teachers, support personnel, and families to optimize student outcomes Maintain accurate records and contribute to team meetings regarding student achievement Cultivate a positive, welcoming, and inclusive learning space for all students This contract role offers an opportunity to make a lasting impact in a supportive educational community.
