9644396-03755 Job Description A dynamic opportunity awaits an experienced Special Education Teacher for the 2026-2027 academic year. This full-time contract role will support high school students in a vibrant educational community near Hanover, NH, from August 2026 through June 2027. Working Monday through Friday for 35-37.5 hours per week, you'll play a vital role in shaping student outcomes and collaborating with dedicated educators and staff. Ideal candidates bring passion, adaptability, and a strong background in special education. You will guide a caseload of high school students, developing and implementing individualized education plans and fostering a positive, supportive classroom environment. As the school year approaches, additional details about the assignment will be provided.

Preferred Qualifications:

Valid Special Education Teacher certification Experience with high school special education caseloads Thorough knowledge of current instructional strategies, differentiation, and accommodations Strong communication and documentation skills Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams Motivated, compassionate, and organized approach
