Qualifications & Experience Desired:

Valid Special Education Teacher certification Experience supporting IEP development and implementation Familiarity with both middle and elementary grade levels (Grades 3 and 7 preferred) Strong organizational and case management abilities Comfort with technology and collaboration in virtual speech service delivery Commitment to equity, inclusion, and positive behavioral supports

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of 13-17 students, depending on placement Serve as a full-time case manager, coordinating individualized education plans Collaborate closely with speech therapists, general educators, and school teams to implement services Provide direct instructional services and support to students with IEPs, including five students requiring 1:1 assistance Deliver tailored instruction in either a middle school (7:45-2:15) or 4th grade-focused elementary setting (8:45-3:15) Prepare for the start of the school year on 8/27; formal IEP work begins 9/9
