Desired Qualifications:

Active or eligible Special Education Teaching certification Prior experience in an elementary school setting highly preferred Ability to manage caseloads and provide small group instruction Skilled in collaborative/co-teaching environments Flexibility, strong communication, and a passion for inclusive education

Responsibilities:

Provide individualized and small group instruction for elementary students Co-teach within the general education classroom Develop and implement IEPs tailored to each student's unique needs Regularly communicate progress to families and interdisciplinary teams Maintain compliance with school and district SPED requirements
