Qualifications:
Valid state certification/licensure in Special Education (or eligibility in NH) Bachelors degree in Special Education or a related field required; Masters preferred Previous experience in K-12 special education settings highly desired Flexibility and adaptability to new environments Strong communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement IEPs tailored to individual student needs Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including parents, therapists, and administrators Employ a variety of instructional strategies to support learning Implement behavior management and inclusion programs Track and report on student progress, making adjustments as needed
