Uphold all health and safety standards by maintaining first aid and CPR certifications, practicing proper childcare procedures, and responding promptly to emergencies. Collaborate with colleagues to plan school-wide activities, physical education sessions, and developmental milestones assessments. Experience Prior experience working with children in a daycare settings is essential; familiarity with toddler care is highly valued. Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development tailored for early childhood education environments. Experience managing classrooms effectively through classroom management techniques and behavior management strategies. Knowledge of childhood development stages, special education practices, early intervention programs, and child welfare policies. Proven ability to communicate clearly with parents, staff, and children in a professional manner. Experience teaching physical education or integrating movement into daily lessons is a plus. Familiarity with standardized testing procedures used in early childhood settings enhances your ability to track developmental progress effectively.
