Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Valid New Jersey Teaching Certification in Special Education (SPED/Learning Disability preferred) Experience conducting educational evaluations is essential Familiarity with supporting elementary students, tailoring instruction to IEP requirements NJ Tech Certification required Ability to work collaboratively across multiple school sites Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct instruction and support to a caseload of 3040 elementary students Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Conduct and document evaluations to monitor student progress Collaborate with general education staff and families for student success Travel between four school sites, serving as a resource and advocate Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with district and state guidelines Enjoy a dynamic work environment with a consistent MondayFriday, 8am4pm schedule, allowing you to build relationships and create positive change over an extended assignment.
