This full-time, onsite contract opportunity runs weekdays from 8am4pm, with the assignment extending through June 2027. Youll make a difference across four schools, providing individualized instruction and support for a caseload of 30-40 elementary students. What Were Looking For:

Current NJ Teaching Certification (Special Education) Experience supporting elementary-aged children with special needs Strong ability to develop and adapt individualized education programs (IEPs) Confidence in conducting assessments and progress evaluations Excellent organization and communication skills Flexibility to travel between multiple school sites as needed

Responsibilities Include:

Delivering engaging instruction to groups and individuals within multiple schools Developing, implementing, and updating IEPs in collaboration with staff and families Conducting ongoing student evaluations and maintaining thorough records Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and administrators to maximize student success Creating a supportive, inclusive learning environment Communicating progress and challenges to parents and educational teams
